We work to ensure that all secondary schools have the relevant documentation. We encourage secondary school transition teachers to visit Year 6.
We arrange for one-to-one consultations with the appropriate personnel from each secondary school when we need to discuss confidential safeguarding issues.
We archive all records in line with the local authority guidance.
